"Let Us Journey Together " Linda is a full time Real Estate Professional.
Living in Dutchess County for over 35 years and growing up and working in Westchester County, Linda is familiar with the lifestyles of both. Linda’s varied experience enables her to bring a diverse prospective to Real Estate and, most importantly, allows her to put herself in your shoes and to see things from your point of view.
She gained first-hand knowledge of what is involved in the many aspects of real estate and the process, having supervised the renovation and sale of two homes, building design and sale of a professional office building, in addition to designing, supervising the building of the family home, and implementing the landscape design. The time she spent as an elected Town Board member allowed her to have an in depth exposure to zoning, town, and wet land regulations. Real Estate Expertise
Having grown up in Westchester County and residing in Dutchess County for over 30 years, I am knowledgeable with the lifestyles of both. I actively keep informed about market trends and the properties that are currently on the market.
Linda continues to participate in advanced Real Estate Courses in order to remain at the forefront of the industry. Graduated with high honors in Medical Billing and Coding Courses from Ridley Lowell.
Linda's enthusiasm and determination for accomplishing goals she sets forth is infectious and creates a positive work ethic in whatever project she takes on. She has proven to be the epitome of a loyal and professional businesswoman during the time I have known her. When Linda became president of Millbrook Family Eyecare, Inc., after the sudden death of her husband/owner, she exhibited strength and character as she managed and supervised the well established forty year old full scope professional practice. She not only allowed the practice to continue, she also laid ground work for growth.
I have known Linda Krall both professionally and personally for over 19 years. Linda has always excelled in any endeavour she has taken on with enthusiasm, honesty, and tenacity. Linda's artistic talents and attention to detail are an asset to her highly trained skills as a licensed real estate salesperson. I hold Linda in the highest esteem as both a friend and an accomplished businesswoman.
"I have worked extensively with Linda Krall and found her to be an extremely hard working realtor who cares about what is best for her clients. I value her attention to detail and her commitment to finding just the right property. Looking at real estate can be very stressful, but I know working with Linda, she will always put my interests first and I find that very comforting. Her integrity and her loyalty are unsurpassed."
"I first Met Linda Krall in 2015 when I was looking to rent an apartment or house in Dutchess County, New York, because of job change. I had responded to a listing seen on the web and therefore had no idea who would be showing up to show me the property; it was Linda. I quickly realized, much to my pleasure, that Linda was a consummate professional; personable, intelligent, and very competent. With Linda’s help we quickly found an apartment perfect for my needs and within my price range.
I kept in touch with Linda as the ultimate goal was to purchase a house for me and my family in Dutchess County. Over several months, while we tried to sell our home in central New Jersey, Linda showed us many properties that were to our tastes and in our price range. She helped to put us in touch with a great inspector, when we needed a property inspected. She referred us to Legal Counsel and a couple mortgage brokers to help with the purchase. Unfortunately in the end we were unable to sell our home in New Jersey and have taken a couple of months off to regroup. However you can be sure that, come spring 2017, we will use Linda, again, to continue our search for a new home in New York State."
I'd recommend Linda to anyone for two primary reasons:
1. Professionalism & expertise
2. Personal investment in the process & the client
Professionalism & expertise
My partner/I started looking for a weekend house in the Hudson Valley. Not only was Linda able to help us narrow down our area of focus over the course of numerous marathon house-visits, but she inspired tremendous confidence because she knows the entire region like the back of her hand -- town pros/cons, what's trending, comps, taxes, etc.
Once we found a house, she demonstrated her expertise and attention to detail throughout all steps of the process. From what to look for and follow up on the inspection of an 1850s farmhouse, to a tenacious approach to getting the concessions needed from the seller, we felt confident in Linda's expertise.
Personal investment in the process & the client
But more than just expertise, Linda treats the process as if it were for herself. Because we're based in NYC, we weren't able to go up for all the various visits, inspections, quotes, etc. So Linda was our trusted proxy, happy to drive out to the property in order to oversee and report back on updates. We literally couldn't have done this without her -- and it was this kind of truly above-and-beyond service that makes it so easy for us to refer Linda to anyone.
We are so grateful to Linda, and have come to see her not only as a real estate agent who gets it done for her clients, but also someone who has your back as a friend would.
If you're looking for a home in the Hudson Valley, talk to Linda.
